Welcome to SunLand Owners Association (SLOA), a community of 915 homeowners who enjoy the peace and beauty of Washington’s Olympic Peninsula. The Peninsula is a haven for those who love the Great Outdoors – fishermen, boaters, runners, kayakers, bicyclists, motorcyclists. And just west of SunLand is the Olympic National Park, offering breath-taking vistas, hiking, camping, snow-shoeing, skiing and so much more! For those who prefer city life, Seattle is approximately 2 hours away via highway and/or ferry.
SLOA members have on-property access to tennis and pickle ball courts, swimming pool/spa, greenspaces/walking trails, as well as gathering places and beach cabana. SunLand Golf and Country Club, whose tree-lined fairways provide enhanced views and beauty throughout the development, offers both social and golf memberships for an additional fee.
Sequim enjoys a mild climate, with temperatures ranging between 40-75 degrees year round. Rainfall averages less than 15 inches/year, as we are located in the rain shadow of the Olympic Mountains. By contrast, the city of Forks, 70 miles to our west, receives over 200 inches/year!
We invite you to tour our website for a glimpse into SunLand living! Please contact us if you would like more information, and/or plan to be in the area.
